S7 Priority is expanding airline partnerships through CLM FFP
S7 Priority, the Frequent Flyer Program managed by S7 Airlines, is constantly expanding its partnership network to give members of its own program and those of its partners' new possibilities for mileage accrual and redemption. The Comarch Loyalty Management FFP system supports this process by providing a flexible mechanism of partner integration and management.
From the beginning of the program in December 2008, several dozen partners have joined, from both airlines and non-airline business sectors. The first airline partner to join S7 Priority was Air Berlin. Starting from the 7th of April British Airways followed, the first oneworld partner. As the Russian carrier is quickly aiming to become a member of oneworld, other alliance partners will soon follow the path of British Airways. Partner integration covers the process of exchanging accrual, retro and billing data with the external Frequent Flyer Programs. CLM FFP also supports double dipping prevention, to ensure that points due for each flight are earned only in one FFP program.
Non-airline partners currently include hotels and car rentals -including Radisson Blu, Regent, Sixt and THAI SPA, just to name a few. Supported by the system's powerful generic interface, current and future partners are connected automatically without any modification in the system.
