ECOD Signature

ECOD Signature is a product integrated with ECOD Archive. This module allows conversion of an electronic invoice into a PDF file, which can later be printed and given to a business partner.

The invoice can be sent either as electronic mail or via electronic transfer from the ECOD Archive issuer to the ECOD Archive receiver.

Thanks to this approach, clients that already have their own electronic signature solutions can receive the signed invoice as an e-mail. In turn, clients whose business requires electronic signature, but who do not yet own a suitable solution, will receive both a tool for verifying the correctness of the signed e-invoices and the archiving tool.
