Heathrow and Comarch UK Ltd have signed a strategic agreement
Heathrow and Comarch UK Ltd have signed a strategic agreement for the implementation of a new loyalty & marketing platform. Comarch UK Ltd will develop, implement and maintain IT and service solutions for the delivery of Heathrow’s loyalty programme, WorldPoints.
The WorldPoints loyalty programme allows members to collect points for purchases at Heathrow – across all retail outlets, airport car parks and the Heathrow Express train service. Members can exchange their points for a range of rewards, including airport shopping vouchers and mileage form British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and the airlines of Miles & More.
The signed agreement with Heathrow strengthens the position of Comarch in the airlines and travel business and adds the world’s busiest international airport to Comarch’s reference list together with JetBlue, S7, LOT Polish Airlines and 40 other customers from 5 continents.
