Comarch recognized in Gartner’s 2020 Market Guide for Loyalty Management
We are happy to inform you that Comarch has been listed as a Representative Vendor in the Market Guide for Loyalty Management by Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory company. As the title suggests, this particular report focuses predominantly on the latest technological innovations and emerging trends in loyalty marketing.
According to the report, “a prevalent belief in the efficacy of loyalty programs can lure marketing teams into a pursuit of transactional loyalty tactics. Loyalty and customer relationship leaders can align loyalty management vendors with other technologies that improve customer understanding and drive business key performance indicators.”
In its recent report, which we believe is an excellent piece on today’s loyalty management landscape, Gartner reveals that “customers are overwhelmed with the number and diversity of loyalty programs, resulting in poor participation, engagement and brand outcomes. Customer retention becomes more difficult as points, miles and coupons become commodities.”
The report also names 22 loyalty management Representative Vendors. We are proud to say that Comarch is one of the Representative Vendors recognized by Gartner in this publication.
If you want to learn more about how to develop a sound loyalty marketing strategy, we strongly encourage you to become familiar with Gartner’s report. Gartner subscribers can view the report HERE.
