We are proud to announce that we have been recognized as a Representative Vendor by Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory company, in its Market Guide for Loyalty Management report.
Its recent report Market Guide for Loyalty Management, focuses predominantly on the latest technological innovations and emerging trends in loyalty marketing. According to the report, “a prevalent belief in the efficacy of loyalty programs can lure marketing teams into a pursuit of transactional loyalty tactics. Loyalty and customer relationship leaders can align loyalty management vendors with other technologies that improve customer understanding and drive business key performance indicators.”
The report also names loyalty management Representative Vendors. We are happy to say that Comarch happens to be one of the Representative Vendors recognized by Gartner in this particular publication.
In its report, Gartner states that "customers are overwhelmed with the number and diversity of loyalty programs, resulting in poor participation, engagement, and brand outcomes. Customer retention becomes more difficult as points, miles and coupons become commodities".
In our opinion, Gartner’s report is an excellent piece on today’s loyalty landscape, and we strongly encourage you to become familiar with it – especially if you’re looking for new, out-of-the-box ideas for driving customer loyalty. Gartner subscribers can view the report HERE.
