HDS certification for Comarch

Comarch has obtained HDS certification, which enables us to store and manage health data and confirms that Comarch operates at the highest level of security and data protection.

Comarch already provides its solutions (like telemonitoring and telemedicine) to more than 200 healthcare facilities. With HDS certification, we are entering the new market of health data storage and management. Comarch Data Center in Lille is one of just 60 certified hosting providers eligible to hold data on the territory of the country.

The protection of patients’ data – recognized as very sensitive – is priority. Thanks to HDS certification, Comarch will be able to offer its customers and partners highly secure hosting for their health data, with the assurance of increased traceability, in its Lille data center. This ability, confirmed and validated by third-party audit and control organizations, will let us develop a transparent relationship with various stakeholders (hosts, medical facilities, patients and health professionals) as well.

More than 80 hospitals and 200 healthcare facilities have already trusted Comarch’s expertise in the field of telemedicine and remote surveillance. Thanks to the new allocations granted by the ISO 27001 standard, we will be able to deploy the applications and health services of tomorrow in compliance with data protection regulations.
