Working in eight branches across 11 time zones, with around 50 000 sites to maintain, and approximately 1 500 technicians to manage, requires a smooth exchange of information to ensure a high level of service. For this reason, the main focus of the project was to maximize the centralization and optimization of workforce management processes.
