Comarch Included in the 2023 Gartner® Market Guide for CSP Service and Network Assurance Solutions
Polish IT company Comarch has been listed in the latest Gartner report, entitled Market Guide for CSP Service and Network Assurance Solutions.
Comarch is among 20 vendors recognized in the report as Representative Vendors in this field.
As per the Gartner report a key finding in the network assurance domain was that: “For many CSPs, currently deployed assurance solutions are not adequate to deliver on internal demands to support new services, improve customer experience and drive cost efficiencies in operations”. Furthermore, states the report: “Business needs have increased for support of 5G network slicing, private networks, SD-WAN, NaaS, and other expanding and emerging CSP services, and are driving CSP requirements for assurance capabilities and vendor investments in product and solution development. Currently available solutions and near-term product roadmaps deliver AI/ML and correlation of service and network parameters to support proactive service assurance and SLA support”. Gartner also states in the report: “Service and network assurance vendors have been focusing on increasing intelligence, interoperability and assurance solutions that are pre-integrated with orchestration, design and inventory. These broader architecture moves address communications service provider (CSP) requirements to drive toward better service lifecycle management (LCM) and closed-loop automated operations with AI for IT operations (AIOps), open APIs and improved data management”.
CSP CIOs seeking to modernize OSS for service and network assurance requirements and continue digital transformation and innovation in their organizations should, according to Gartner: “Determine the best approach to acquiring new assurance capabilities, with consideration of the pace of investment and urgency of business outcomes that must be enabled with assurance.” They should also: “Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate the evolving needs of lines of business and address full end-to-end (E2E) service LCM”. Gartner’s final recommendation is for CSPs to: “Build a detailed roadmap by collaborating with vendors and addressing how and when the CSP will add new capabilities and in-house skills, replace legacy elements, manage data, and cover multiple network domains. Incorporate plans for increasing automation and AI/ML and a target architecture for integration with enhanced inventory, orchestration and service design for E2E service LCM and new operating models”.
Jarosław Sawicki, Pre-sales Consultant at Comarch, welcomed the company’s inclusion among the Representative Vendors listed in the report. He said: “Comarch has always placed high value on investment in innovation and product development, and we are delighted to be recognized once again in this report by Gartner. We will continue to develop and enhance our solutions in the network assurance domain, and others, in order to help telcos achieve their digital transformation goals and reach new levels of excellence”.
