New Comarch Supervisory Board

New nembers of the Comarch Supervisory Board were elected during an ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which took place on 26th of June. The members will hand their functions in till 2022.

They were appointed: Ms. Elżbieta Filipiak as the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Andrzej Pach to the position of the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Danuta Drobniak for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board, Mr Łukasz Kalinowski for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Joanna Krasodomska to the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board, Mrs. Anna Pruska for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Tadeusz Włudyka for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board.
Ms. Elżbieta Filipiak, Ms. Danuta Drobniak and Ms Anna Pruska were appointed to act as members of the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. for another term.
