According to §5 sec. 4) of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 29th of March, 2018 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange and on the conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that on the 24th of June 24, 2021, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted Resolution No. 24 on the dismissal of the supervisory person. Mr. Tadeusz Włudyka, was dismissed from the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. as of 24th of June, 2021 at his request.
