On May 27, 2019, the Supervisory Board of Comarch SA, by virtue of Resolution No. 09/05/2019 of May 27, 2019, positively expressed the opinion of the Management Board of Comarch S.A. dated May 24, 2019, so that the Company's net profit in the financial year from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 in the amount of PLN 49,649,395.86 (in words: forty-nine million, six hundred and forty-nine thousand, three hundred ninety-five zlotys 86/100) was divided in such a way that: 1) part of the net profit of PLN 12,200,023.50 (say: twelve million two hundred thousand twenty three zlotys and 50/100) will be used to pay dividend in the amount of PLN 1.50 per share; 2) the remaining part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 37,449,372.36 (in words: thirty seven million four hundred forty nine thousand three hundred seventy two zlotys and 36/100) will be transferred to supplementary capital.
