RB-6-2021 Signing the Agreement on Construction of Comarch Data Center
Management Board of Comarch S.A. hereby informs about signing on the 9th of June, 2021, an agreement between Comarch Inc. seated in the United States of America (hereinafter: "Ordering Party"), a subsidiary of the issuer, and The Weitz Company LLC (hereinafter "Contractor") for the construction of Comarch Data Center with infrastructure in Mesa, Arizona (hereinafter "Agreement").
The value of the Agreement amounts to USD 19,746,980.85 net, i.e. PLN 72,165,341.52 (in words: seventy two million one hundred sixty-five thousand three hundred forty one zlotys and 52/100). The deadline for the performance of the subject of the Agreement is 330 days from the signing the Agreement.
Comarch S.A.’s Management Board recognized this information as an inside information due to its significant influence for the level of investment expenditures of Comarch S.A.
