With reference to current report No. RB-5-2019 dated April, 11 2019 on receiving from CaixaBank S.A., a branch in Poland, of a request for payment of a bank guarantee of due performance of the contract for the provision of maintenance services of the Comprehensive IT System for the Social Insurance Institution ("KSI ZUS Agreement") in the amount of PLN 24,203,300.40, was established on behalf of a consortium of Comarch S.A. and Comarch Polska S.A., the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs on receiving on April 23, 2019 from CaixaBank S.A., a branch in Poland an information about the receipt of a statement from ZUS on postponement of the above-mentioned request by May 31, 2019, for the duration of settlement talks. The original deadline for payment from the guarantee was 14 days from the date of receipt by the bank of the demand for payment, i.e. on April 25, 2019.
