Pursuant to § 5 sec. 1 point 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 19th of February, 2009 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange and on the conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board announced that on the 19th of March, 2014, received a notice from the District Court for Krakow-Podgórze, the Fourth Division of the Land and Mortgage Register, on registration of a mortgage, dated the 13th of February, 2014, and related to a real estate located in the Special Economic Zone in Krakow and owned by Comarch S.A. Current book value of the real estate amounts to PLN 15,859,186.26 (in writing: fifteen million eight hundred fifty-nine thousand one hundred eighty-six zlotys and 26/100). The basis for this registration is the construction and investment credit agreement dated the 4th of December, 2013, signed between bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna and Comarch S.A. Value of the liability secured with the mortgage amounts to EUR 13, 323,182.34, i.e. PLN 56,043,966.51 (exchange rate as of the date of the report’s publication). There is no relation between Comarch S.A., its managing or supervising persons and Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna.
