Pursuant to § 5 Act 1 Pt 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange ComArch S.A.'s Management Board reports that on 28 June 2006 ComArch S.A. signed an agreement with Budostal-2 S.A. seated in Krakow, on realisation of the third construction stage of investment in the Special Economic Zone in Krakow.

The subject of the contract is construction of the production and office building, at eleven square meters of the total space, including technical infrastructure. The scope of the agreement shall include construction of the building without completion and equipment. The value of this agreement amounts to 16,467 thousand PLN and the planned completion date of this investment is 30 December 2006. The value of the company's total equity constitutes the significant agreement's criterion.
