In relation to current report no. 2/2017 dated the 17^th of March, 2017, on signing the letters of intent with Geopolis Sp. z o.o. and it’s shareholders aimed at setting conditions to carry out the transactions mentioned in the report no. 2/2017, Management Board of Comarch S.A. announces that the parties agreed to postpone the deadline for fulfilment of the conditions set out in the letters of intent and reaching the agreement on others terms of the transactions of 31^st March, 2017 to 3^rd April, 2017.
