In relation to current report no. 28/2015 dated the 17th of July, 2015, on signing the conditional agreement concerning acquisition of shares in Thanks Again LLC by Comarch Pointshub Inc., a subsidiary of Comarch S.A., Management Board of Comarch S.A. announced that on the 24th of August, 2015 the conditions set out in agreement have been fulfilled  and  thus the shares of Thanks Again LLC have been acquired.
