Pursuant to § 5 sec. 1 pt 22 of  the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange (Journal of Laws No. 209, pos. 1744), ComArch S.A.'s Management Board herby reports that on 28 June 2007, at the Ordinary Annual General Meeting, the following persons were appointed as members of the Management Board:

1. Mr. Janusz Filipiak - President of the Management Board,
2. Mr. Rafal Chwast - Vice-President of the Management Board,
3. Mr. Pawel Prokop - Vice-President of the Management Board,
4. Mr. Piotr Piatosa - Vice-President of the Management Board,
5. Mr. Zbigniew Rymarczyk - Vice-President of the Management Board,
6. Mr. Marcin Warwas - Vice-President of the Management Board,
7. Mr. Piotr Reichert - Vice-President of the Management Board.
Mr. Janusz Filipiak, Mr. Rafal Chwast, Mr. Pawel Prokop, Mr. Piotr Piatosa and Zbigniew Rymarczyk were appointed for the next three years, and Mr. Marcin Warwas and Mr. Piotr Reichert are new members of the Management Board.
