The Management Board of ComArch S.A. has received notice from BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. regarding the acquisition of shares by Arka BZ WBK Zrównowazony FIO on 28 July 2005.

In consequence, the investment funds managed by BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. have come into possession of shares that entitle them to more than 5% of the total votes at the annual general meetings of ComArch S.A.

On 28 July 2005, there were 708.629 ComArch S.A. shares in the securities accounts of the investment funds managed by BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., which amounted to 10.19% of Comarch's share capital. This gave 708.629 or 5.05% of the total votes at Comarch's annual general meeting.

On 12 July 2005, ComArch S.A. issued report nr 29/2005 concerning the acquisition of a substantial share packet by clients of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A., taking into account the shares possessed at that time by the investment funds managed by BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
