RB-29-2008 Registration of an Increase in Share Capital of SoftM Software und Beratung AG

In relation to current report no. 28/2008 dated 14 November 2008, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that on 18 November 2008 an increase in share capital of SoftM Software und Beratung AG was registered in District Court in Munich (an increase of 1.500.000).

Total number of SoftM Software und Beratung AG Soares is equal to 6.480.000 shares. As of today ComArch Software AG (a subsidiary of ComArch S.A.) holds 3.250.000 shares that constitute 50.15 % in share capital of SoftM Software und Beratung AG. They entitle it to 3,250,000, i.e. 50.15 % of votes at SoftM’s annual general meeting.
