Pursuant to § 5 sec. 1 pt 22 of  the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange (Journal of Laws No. 209, pos. 1744), ComArch S.A.'s Management Board herby reports that on 28 June 2007, at the Ordinary Annual General Meeting, the following persons were appointed as members of the Board of Supervisors:

1. Mrs. Elzbieta Filipiak - Chairman of the Board of Supervisors,
2. Mr. Maciej Brzezinski - Vice-President of the Board of Supervisors,
3. Mrs. Anna Lawrynowicz - member of the Board of Supervisors,
4. Mr. Wojciech Kucharzyk - member of the Board of Supervisors,
5. Mr. Tadeusz Syryjczyk - member of the Board of Supervisors.
Mrs. Elzbieta Filipiak, Mr. Maciej Brzezinski, Mrs. Anna Lawrynowicz and Mr. Wojciech Kucharzyk were appointed for the next three years, and Mr. Tadeusz Syryjczyk is new member of the Board of Supervisors.
