The Management Board of ComArch S.A. has received notice from BZ WBK AIB Asset Management SA regarding the acquisition of shares by BZ WBK AIB Asset Management SA on 4 July 2005.

In consequence, clients of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management SA have come into possession of shares that entitle them to more than 5% of the total votes at the annual general meetings of ComArch S.A. On 4 July 2005, there were 885.815 shares of ComArch SA in the managed securities accounts of WBK AIB Asset Management SA clients, which amounted to 12.74% of Comarch's share capital. This gave the new Comarch shareholders 885.815 or 6.32% of the total votes at Comarch's annual general meeting.
