RB-27-2005 List of Shareholders Holding More than 5% in the AGM

The Management Board of ComArch SA informs that in accordance with the list of shareholders participating in the General Shareholders' Meeting of ComArch SA on 30 June 2005, two persons held more than 5% of the total number of votes in this Meeting:

1. Janusz Filipiak (registered preferential shares) with 4,230,000 votes and 41.80% share,
2. Elzbieta Filipiak (registered preferential shares) with 3,995,000 votes and 39.48% shares.
3. The married couple of Elzbieta and Janusz Filipiak (regular bearer's shares) with 1,447,685 votes and 14.31% share.
The total number of votes resulting from all the issued shares is 14,023,895. In the AGM on 30 June 2005, shareholder participated who represent 10,119,685 votes.
