With reference to the current report no. 16/2015 dated the 2nd of June, 2015 on the merger of iMed24 SA with its registered office in Krakow and ESAProjekt sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice, the Management Board of Comarch SA announces about receiving on the 7th of July, 2015 a decision of the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Krakow, the Eleventh Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under which on the 1st of July, 2015 the merger by acquisition of ESAProjekt sp. z o.o. by iMed24 SA was registered pursuant to art. 492 § 1 point 1) of the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships through transferring all assets of ESAProjekt sp. z o.o. to iMed24 SA.

Simultaneously with the merger, there was a name change of iMed24 SA, the acquiring company, into Comarch Healthcare SA.
