ComArch S.A.’s Management Board informs that on 11 August 2008 received notice, dated 28 July 2008, concerning registration by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register of changes in the company’s Statute resolved by the General Meeting on 25 June 2008.

Pursuant to the above-said notice, previous article 18, section 1 of the company’s Statute:

“1. The Supervisory Board shall appoint from among its members the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson, and also the Secretary of the Supervisory Board, as needed.”

is worded as follows:
“1. General Shareholders’ Meeting shall appoint from among members of the Supervisory Board the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson, and also the Secretary of the Supervisory Board, as needed.”
