With reference to Current Report No. RB-5-2019 dated April 11, 2019 on the receipt from CaixaBank SA, a branch in Poland of information about the receipt of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) request regarding the payment of PLN 24,033,000.40 from commissioned by a consortium of Comarch SA companies and Comarch Polska SA a bank guarantee of due performance of the Agreement for the support service of operation and maintenance of the Comprehensive IT System of the Social Insurance Institution and current report No. RB-6-2019 of April 23, 2019 regarding deferment of the payment request by May 31, 2019 and current report No. RB-12-2019 of May 29, 2019 regarding deferment of the payment request by July 1, 2019 and current report No. RB-13-2019 of June 25, 2019 regarding deferment of the payment request by August 6, 2019, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs on receiving on August 1, 2019, from the CaixaBank SA bank, a branch in Poland, information about the receipt of a statement from ZUS on postponement of the execution of the above request by September 16, 2019, for the duration of settlement negotiations.
