Pursuant to § 5 sec. 1 point 22 of  the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 19th of February, 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board hereby reports that at the Ordinary Annual General Meeting, held on the 24th of June, 2015,  Mr. Andrzej Przewięźlikowski was appointed as a Vice-President of the Management Board. Biography of Mr. Przewięźlikowski is presented in the appendix. Outside the issuer's business, Mr. Andrzej Przewięźlikowski performs managerial or supervisory functions in companies owned by Comarch S.A., but this activity, in the issuer's opinion, is not competitive in relation to the activities performed by the issuer. Mr. Andrzej Przewięźlikowski does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a private partnership, a partnership or as a member of a company’s governing bodies and does not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. Mr. Andrzej Przewięźlikowski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
