In relation to current report no. 33/2006 dated the 9th of June, 2006 relating to the investment credit from Fortis Bank Polska SA for the financing of the third construction stage of production and office buildings in the Special Economic Zone in Krakow, updated on the 11th of December, 2007 with current report no. 53/2007, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board announced that on the 5th of October, 2011, the company revaluated the remaining credit to be paid into EURO. As at date of the current report, the value of the credit to be repaid amounted to 8.06 million EURO.
