Pursuant to § 5 sec. 1 pt 22 of  the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 19th of February, 2009 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange and on the conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, ComArch S.A.’s Management Board herby reports that on the 28th of June 2010, at the Ordinary Annual General Meeting, the following persons were appointed as members of the Board of Supervisors:
1. Mrs. Elżbieta Filipiak - Chairman of the Board of Supervisors,
2. Mr. Maciej Brzeziński - Vice-President of the Board of Supervisors,
3. Mr. Maciej Czapiewski – member of the Board of Supervisors,
4. Mr. Wojciech Kucharzyk – member of the Board of Supervisors,
5. Mrs. Anna Ławrynowicz – member of the Board of Supervisors,
6. Mr. Tadeusz Syryjczyk – member of the Board of Supervisors.
Mrs. Elżbieta Filipiak, Mr. Maciej Brzeziński, Mr. Wojciech Kucharzyk, Mrs. Anna Ławrynowicz and Mr. Tadeusz Syryjczyk were appointed for the next term of office.
