According to the art. 17 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 596/2014 of the 16th of April, 2014, on market abuse, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. hereby announces about the expected lack of significant impact of one-off event at the financial results of the Comarch Group.

On the 3rd of August, 2016, MKS Cracovia SSA, a member of Comarch Group, signed an agreement with Leicester City Football Club (the "Agreement") on sale of intangible assets by MKS Cracovia SSA (player's card of Bartosz Kapustka). The total value of the Agreement doesn't exceed 10% of the equity of Comarch SA, in the opinion of the Management Board this is not a significant agreement. The Agreement will have no significant impact on the consolidated financial statement of Comarch Group in 2016, as well as in subsequent years.
