In relation to current report no. 17/2006 dated the 28th of March, 2006, on signing an investment credit agreement with Kredyt Bank S.A. (currently Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.) with its registered office in Warsaw for financing of the second investment stage of the construction of an office and production building in the Special Economic Zone in Krakow, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. has announced that on the 31st of January, 2013, the due credit amount related to the afore-mentioned agreement was paid in total.
