The Management Board of Comarch S.A. announces that on the 7th of July, 2016, it received from MetLife PTE  S.A.  a Notification, pursuant to Art. 69 sec. 1 of the Act on Public Offering, the terms for introducing and trading financial instruments on the stock exchange, as well as public companies, with the following content:

"Pursuant to Art. 69 sec. 1 the Act, dated the 29th of July, 2005, on Public Offering, the terms for introducing and trading financial instruments on the stock exchange, as well as public companies (Journal of Laws 05.184.1539 and subsequent changes) MetLife PTE S.A. announces that managed by the company, MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter „OFE”)  increased involvement of more than 5% of the total number of votes in Comarch S.A. 

Increase in the involvement of more than 5% was the result of the purchase of shares on the 30th of June, 2016. Directly prior to the change in the share OFE held 616,954 shares, which constituted 7.59% in the company's share capital and entitled to 616,954 votes at the General Meeting, which constituted 4.08% of the total votes  at the company's General Meeting.

Currently OFE hold 841,097 shares, which constitute 10.34% in the company's share capital and entitle to 841,097 votes at the General Meeting, which constitute 5.56% of the total votes  at the company's General Meeting.”
