Comarch S.A. Management Board announced that on the 31st of October, 2012, pursuant to art. 160 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (Journal of Laws, no. 183, pos. 1538 and subsequent changes), according to § 2 sec. 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 15th of November, 2005 concerning information on some transactions in financial instruments and principles of preparing and administrating the list of persons who can have some specified confidential information (Journal of Laws, no. 229, pos. 1950), received an information on sales of Comarch S.A. shares.
Between 24th  and 26th  of October, 2012, a member of Comarch S.A.'s Management Board sold 595 (in words: five hundred ninety-five) ordinary bearer shares of Comarch S.A. for average price of 72 PLN (in words: seventy two) each. The above-mentioned transactions were concluded on regulated market at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Information was prepared on the 30th of October, 2012 in Krakow.
