On 19 June 2008 the majority shareholders proposed the candidacy of Konrad Taranski for the post of Vice President of ComArch's Management Board and the company's Chief Financial Officer.

The majority shareholders' proposal is supported by the candidate's impressive educational achievements and long-term experience in finance.  In 2007 Mr. Taranski took up the post of Deputy Chief Financial Officer at ComArch S.A. and he is currently acting Chief Financial Officer of ComArch S.A. 

Curriculum Vitae: 
Mr .Taranski graduated in Finance and Banking from Kraków's School of Economics and also took post-graduate courses in Financial Management at the Vienna School of Economics, and in Economics and Real Estate Valuation at Kraków Polytechnic. He has worked at ComArch S.A. since 1999. He began as a Financial Analyst before, in 2001, becoming a manager in the Finance Department. In 2007 Mr. Taranski took up the post of Deputy Chief Financial Officer at ComArch S.A. and he is currently acting Chief Financial Officer of ComArch S.A. Since 2007 he has also been Vice-President of CA Services S.A.
To the best of the company's knowledge Mr. Taranski is not in competition with the issuer and is not involved with any company in competition with the issuer as an associate in a civil law partnership, a partnership or as a member of a body of a corporation. Furthermore, Mr. Taranski is not listed in the National Register of Debtors.

Voting on the appointment of Mr. Taranski to the Supervisory Board of ComArch S.A. shall take place at the next Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on 25 June 2008.
