Comarch S.A. Management Board announced that today Comarch Software und Beratung AG (“CSuB”) received a notice from the court register in Munich (‘Amtsgericht Munchen-Registergericht’) dated the 2nd of October, 2012 registering a resolution of CSuB’s general meeting related to transferring CSuB shares from minority shareholders to Comarch AG with its registered office in Dresden, the majority shareholder. In conjunction with the aforementioned, Comarch AG, a subsidiary of Comarch S.A. holds currently 100% of CSuB shares and votes.
