Pursuant to &34 sec. 1 pt. 2,4 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that:

with the resolution no. 340/2007 dated 28 May 2007, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided that pursuant to &19, sec. 1 and 2 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange 441,826 (four hundred forty-one thousand eight hundred twenty-six) ordinary bearer series I2 ComArch S.A. shares of nominal value of 1 PLN (one zloty) each are admitted to trading.

Pursuant to &38 sec. 1 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided that the shares mentioned in the point 1 will be introduced to trading on 31 May 2007, providing that they will be registered in the National Deposit for Securities and marked with the code "PLCOMAR00012" on 31 May 2007.
