RB-15-2006 Resolution of the National Deposit for Securities concerning the Registration of Series G3 Shares

The National Depository for Securities, Poland (KDPW) has accepted ComArch S.A.'s motion on the basis of Art. 40, Act 2 and Art. 2, Act 1 of its Regulations and has decided to register 102,708 series G3 ordinary bearer shares at the nominal value of 1 PLN each at the National Depository for Securities as of 24 March 2006 and mark them with the code PLCOMAR000103.
