Pursuant to the rule number 3) included in the third part, pt 1 of the "Corporate Governance Principles", ComArch S.A.'s Management Board reports that on 9 June 2008 Supervisory Board of  ComArch S.A. passed the resolution no. 4/6/2008 in which projects of the resolutions at the AGM, to be held on 25 June 2008, are given positive opinions. Projects of the resolutions were made public on 9 June 2008 in current report no. 13/2008.
