Pursuant to § 5 sec. 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that on the 25th of August, 2023, Mr. Marcin Warwas, head of the Services sector, resigned from the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Comarch SA, effective as of the 30th of November, 2023. Mr. Marcin Warwas did not provide reasons for his resignation.
