According to art. 70 point 3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, The Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that according to the list of shareholders participating in the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Comarch S.A. on June 27, 2018, Elżbieta Filipiak and Janusz Filipiak held at least 5% of the total number of votes at this Meeting, according to the details below:
1. Janusz Filipiak - 893,000 shares, which gave him 4,655,000 votes at the AGM and which constituted 50.60% of votes at the AGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company: 29.52%;
2. Elżbieta Filipiak - 846,000 shares, of which 4 230 000 votes were cast at the AGM and which constituted 47.93% of votes at the AGM; share in the total number of votes of the Company: 27.96%.
Total number of votes resulting from all issued shares of Comarch S.A. is 15 126 949 votes. At the AGM on June 27, 2018, shareholders representing 8 824 644 votes participated, which is 58.34% of the total number of votes of the Company.
