Pursuant to &5 sec. 1 pt. 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 19th of February, 2009 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange and on the conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. hereby informs that on the 28th of June, 2012, a contract was signed between Inspektorat Uzbrojenia with its registered office at ul. Królewska 1/7, 00-909 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the: "Inspektorat Uzbrojenia") and Comarch S.A., the leader of the Consortium including: Comarch S.A and Fujitsu Technology Solutions Sp. z o. o. The tasks covered by the contract are delivery of the licences for Microsoft Corporation software. The contract objectives shall be accomplished during 48 months from the contract’s signing date. The contract’s net value amounts to Euro 15,930,653.31, i.e. approximately PLN 68,119,473.55. The maximum value of contractual penalties shall not exceed 11 % of the total net value of the contract. The payment of contractual penalties does not exclude the possibility of a claim for damages in an amount exceeding the value of these penalties. The value of the company’s total equity constitutes the significant agreement’s criterion.
