Pursuant to §5 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board informs that on the 11th of July, 2023 received the decision, dated the 10th of July, 2023, regarding the  registration by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście, Eleventh Economic Division of the National Court Register of the changes in the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by the resolution no. 23 by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the 28th of June, 2023.

As a result of the registration of the change of the Article of Association: 

1.     existing article 20 par. 1 of the Company's Articles of Association: “1. The Management Board consists of 2 to 8 persons appointed and dismissed by the General Meeting.” was given the following wording: “1. The Management Board consists of 2 to 12 persons appointed and dismissed by the General Meeting.”
