Pursuant to Art. 56 sec. 1 of the Act concerning public tenders, the terms of introducing and trading financial instruments on the stock exchange as well as public companies, due to significant  decline in quotations of ComArch S.A. shares on 21 May 2008, ComArch S.A.'s Management Board announces that does not know of any events that could cause that low quotations. The company's Management Board confirms previous declaration on financial results for 2008.
