Pursuant to § 103 sec. 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 19th of February, 2009 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange and on the conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board sets dates of periodical financial reports in 2015:

Consolidated quarterly reports which include condensed consolidated financial statements and condensed financial statements:  
1) Q4 2014 - on 2nd of March, 2015
2) Q1 2015 - on 15th of May, 2015
3) Q2 2015 - Pursuant to §101 sec. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 19th of February, 2009 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange and on the conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, Comarch S.A. will not publish quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015
4) Q3 2015 - on 16th of November, 2015

ANNUAL AND HALF-YEAR REPORTS:
1) Annual report for 2014 - on 30th of April, 2015
3) Consolidated annual report for 2014 - on 30th of April, 2015
1) Consolidated half-year report which includes condensed consolidated financial statement and condensed financial statement for the first half of 2015 - on 28th of August, 2015
