No. 184, the item 1539), the company hereby informs that received following information about purchase of ComArch S.A. shares:

ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board informs that on 14 July 2006 received notice concerning registration on 30 June 2006 by the District Court for Kraków-Sródmiescie, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register of changes in the company\'s Statute resolved by the General Meeting on 22 June 2006.

ComArch S.A. presents file ComArch S.A. presents file \"Introduction to the Financial Statement SA-R 2005 of ComArch S.A.\" (62,4kB) which is an addendum to the annual financial statement of Comarch S.A which was made public on 5 April 2006.

Pursuant to § 5 Act 1 Pt 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board reports that on 9 June 2006 company obtained an agreement, signed on 30 June 2006 by consortium of ComArch S.A. and Ogólnopolska Fundacja Edukacji Komputerowej (hereinafter referred to as the \"Consortium\") with Ministry of National Education (hereinafter referred to as the \"MEN\").

Pursuant to § 5 Act 1 Pt 3 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board reports that on 28 June 2006 ComArch S.A. signed an agreement with Budostal-2 S.A. seated in Krakow, on realisation of the third construction stage of investment in the Special Economic Zone in Krakow.

Pursuant to the § 29 of the Regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board hereby submits the following declaration of ComArch S.A. regarding the acceptance of the corporate governance principles in the company.

The Management Board of ComArch S.A. reports, in the attached file (136,0kB), content of the resolutions passed at the Ordinary Annual General Meeting on 22 June 2006.

ComArch S.A.\'s Management Board herby reports that on 22 June 2006 Mr. Piotr Piatosa was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of ComArch S.A. at the Ordinary General Meeting.
