Pursuant to Art. 65, sec 1 of the Act concerning public tenders, the terms of introducing and trading financial instruments on the stock exchange as well as public companies, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. hereby presents the list of ComArch S.A.\'s current reports and financial statements made public in 2008.

Pursuant to Art. 70, sec. 1 of the Act concerning public tenders, the terms for introducing and trading financial instruments on the stock exchange, as well as public companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, pos. 1539), the Management Board of ComArch S.A. hereby presents the following information, regarding an increase in BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.’s share of the total number of votes at the General Shareholders’ Meeting of ComArch S.A.:

In accordance with article 5, paragraph 1, item 3, of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19th 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, the Comarch SA Management Board informs of an agreement concluded on the 7th of April 2009 between the Center of Information at the Ministry of Interior and Administration based in Warsaw (“CPI MSWiA”) and a consortium of companies: Comarch SA with its registered seat in Krakow, CA Services SA with its registered seat in Krakow and Pwc Polska Sp. z o.o. (Ltd Co.) with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Consortium”).

Due to alteration in Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, ComArch S.A.’s Management Board sets new dates for periodical financial reports in 2009.

Regarding current report no. 28/2008 dated the 14th of November, 2008, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that on the 2nd of February, 2009, a mandatory takeover offer of shares of SoftM Software und Beratung AG, carried out according to the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act (Wertpapiererwerbs- und Übernahmegesetz), was completed.

Pursuant to § 100 sec. 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19th of October, 2005, concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, ComArch S.A.’s Management Board sets the terms of periodical financial reports in 2009:

Pursuant to &34 sec. 1 pt. 4 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19th of October, 2005, concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that it received a resolution of the Management Board of the National Deposit for Securities dated the 13th of January, 2009, on assimilation of 9,400 series A shares.

Pursuant to &34 sec. 1 pt. 2, 4 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19th of October, 2005, concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that with the resolution no. 12/2009 dated the 8th of January, 2009, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided that pursuant to &19, sec. 1 and 2 of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, 9,400 (nine thousand four hundred) ordinary bearer series A ComArch S.A. shares of nominal value of 1 PLN (in words: one zloty) each are admitted to trading.
