ComArch S.A.’s Management Board reports that on the 16th of November, 2009, ComArch S.A. signed an agreement with Łęgprzem sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Krakow, for the realization of the fourth stage of construction in the investment of the Special Economic Zone in Krakow.

The Management Board of ComArch S.A. hereby announces that on the 10th of November, 2009, a letter of intent between Comarch AG, a subsidiary of ComArch S.A. (“Comarch”), and E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH & Co. KG (“E-Plus”) was signed.

ComArch S.A.’s Management Board informs that on the 14th of September, 2009 received notice, dated the 7th of September, 2009, concerning registration by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register of changes in the company’s Statute resolved by the General Meeting on the 22nd of June, 2009.

Pursuant to § 5 sec. 1 pt. 24 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on the 19th of February, 2009 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange and on the conditions for recognizing the equivalence of information required by legal regulations binding in a country which is not a member state, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. informs of the receiving from the State Enterprise Centre of Registers with its registered seat in Vilnius, Lithuania (Valstybes Imones Registru Centro Vilniaus Filialo Juridiniu Asmenu Registravimo Skyrius - Vilnius Branch Legal Persons Registration Department) a note dated 9th of September, 2009 opening of liquidation proceedings in UAB ComArch with its registered seat in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Pursuant to Article 56, section 1 pt 1 of the Act concerning public tenders, the terms for introducing and trading financial instruments on the stock exchange, as well as public companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, pos. 1539), the Management Board of ComArch S.A. hereby informs of the signing of an agreement between ComArch Inc., a subsidiary of ComArch S.A., and JetBlue Airways Corporation (\"JetBlue\"), a Delaware Corporation, based in New York in the United States of America.
