Pursuant to the detailed principle number II.Z.11. included in the second part of the “Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2016”, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board reports that on the 16th of May, 2016 Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. passed the resolution no. 10/05/2016 in which projects of the resolutions at the AGM, to be held on the 15th of June, 2016, are given positive opinions. Projects of the resolutions were made public on the 16th of May, 2016 in current report no. 6/2016.
