Pursuant to the detailed principle number II.Z.10. included in the second part of the “Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2016”, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board conveys 2015 activities’ report of Comarch S.A.’s Supervisory Board and assessment of the company’s situation in 2015 including assessment of the company’s internal system control and risk management in the company, assessment of the company’s compliance with the disclosure obligations concerning compliance with the corporate governance principles and assessment of the rationality of the company’s policy referred to sponsorship and charity.
