Pursuant to the rule number 1) and 2) included in the third part, pt 1 of the “Corporate Governance Principles”, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board conveys 2010 activities’ report of Comarch S.A.’s Supervisory Board and assessment of the company’s situation in 2010 including assessment of the company’s internal system control and risk management in the company.
